Cook the chicken and fries using your preferred cooking method and pre heat the chilli con carne.
Wash and slice the lettuce then insert the lettuce into the brioche bun.
Place the chips onto a serving tray/plate and drizzle over the cheese sauce and garlic & herb mayo. Leave some cheese sauce for the strip dog.
Place the chicken strips in the brioche roll and add the chilli con carne alongside the chicken. Top with pickled pink slaw, sliced chillies and cheese sauce then sprinkle over the chopped chives.
Place the strip dog on top of the fries. Serve.
