Step 1 

You can cook the fries and chicken however you like. 

Step 2 

Toss the fries in Cajun seasoning then line a serving tray with greaseproof paper and fill with the fries. Garnish the fries with Cheese sauce, spring onions and Chillies. 

Step 3 

Grill or chargrill the top of the brioche bun quickly. 

Step 4 

Top the brioche bun with salad and chicken strips. Add the hot sauce and mustard and drizzle over. 

Step 5 

Add chopped chives and sliced chillies to the hot dog. 

Step 6 

On top of the fries, place a hot dog and half a lime with slaw in the corner.
